Text

To establish minimum standards for foreign language instruction in ethnic schools. Such standards shall seek to insure that the level of foreign language instruction in the ethnic school is at least as high as the level of foreign language instruction in public high schools. An ethnic school is a part time private school which teaches the foreign language of a particular ethnic group as well as the culture, geography, history and other aspects of a particular ethnic group.
