Text
To require on or before December 22 of each year reports as to the census of all children 3 years of age through 21 years of age inclusive of the types described in definitions under the rules authorized in Section 14-1.02 who were receiving special education and related services on December 1 of the current school year. To require an annual report, on or before December 22 of each year, from the Department of Corrections containing a census of all children 3 years of age through 21 years of age inclusive of the types described in Section 14-1.02 who were receiving special education services on December 1 of the current school year within State facilities. Such report shall be submitted pursuant to rules and regulations issued by the State Board of Education.
