Text
In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer from the SBE Federal Agency Services Fund into the DHS Special Purposes Trust Fund such amounts as may be directed in writing by the State Board of Education.
