Text
To pay State and national association membership dues to school associations which benefit students by participation or accreditation. Any association subject to Article 23 of this Act must be in current compliance with the reporting requirements of Section 23-6 in order to qualify as a recipient of membership dues under this Section. No dues may be paid to any association which has as one of its purposes providing for athletic and other competition among schools and students unless that association: A. permits a post audit by the Auditor General under the Illinois State Auditing Act; B. submits an annual report to the State Board of Education dealing with trends in female participation in athletic competition, including the numbers of female and male participants from each member school a
