Text

To enhance the safety of pupils and staff by providing in-service training programs on the safe handling and use of hazardous or toxic materials for personnel in the district who work with such materials on a regular basis. Such programs may be identified by the State Board of Education, in consultation with the Department of Public Health, for use by school boards in implementing this Section.
