In addition to the registration authorized at the office of the Board of Election Commissioners, there shall be two days of registration in each precinct preceding the election to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, 1936. The place of registration in each precinct shall be designated by the Board of Election Commissioners, and public notice thereof given, and the provisions of Article 11, Section 11-4 of this Act shall apply thereto. The registration places so designated shall be open from 8:00 o'clock a.m. until 9:00 o'clock p.m. on each of such days of registration. The first of said two days of registration shall be on Saturday preceding the Tuesday four weeks before said election; the second of said two days of registration shall be on Tuesday three weeks p
