Text

It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to employ for pay or any consideration, or to pay or agree to pay any compensation to, a person to lobby who is not registered or exempt from registration under this chapter unless such person registers as a lobbyist as provided by this chapter as soon as practicable after such employment, payment, or agreement.
