§ 72-414 — APPORTIONMENT BENEFITS BETWEEN CLASSES
In case there are two (2) or more classes of persons entitled to compensation under section 72-413, and the apportionment of such compensation as above provided, would result in injustice, the commission may, in its discretion, modify the apportionment to meet the requirements of the case.
