§ 72-1345 — STATE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE
Idaho·Title 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION·Ch. 13 EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW
A state employment service shall be operated as part of the department. The director shall establish and maintain free public employment offices as may be necessary for the proper administration of this chapter, and for the purpose of performing the functions of the Wagner-Peyser Act, 29 U.S.C.
49.The provisions of said act are accepted by this state, and the department is designated the agency of this state for the purposes of said act. The department shall provide priority service for veterans in cooperation with the United States veterans employment service.
