Text

(1)Employment security information, as defined in section 74-106 (7), Idaho Code, shall be exempt from disclosure as provided in chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code, except that such information may be disclosed as is necessary for the proper administration of programs under this chapter or may be made available to public officials for use in the performance of official duties subject to such restrictions and fees as the director may by rule prescribe.
(2)The director shall by rule or department policy establish confidentiality and disclosure procedures to comply with the requirements of 20 CFR 603 and the provisions of chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code, including procedures that prescribe the form of written, informed consent by a person that is adequate for disclosure of employment security
