§ 72-1318 — DIRECTOR — DEPARTMENT
Idaho·Title 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION·Ch. 13 EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW
"Director" means the director of the department of labor, the individual appointed pursuant to section 59-904, Idaho Code.
"Department" means the department of labor.
