§ 72-1316B — FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
Idaho·Title 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION·Ch. 13 EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW
Full-time employment exists where a claimant works what are customarily considered full-time hours for a week for that industry or where the earnings are more than one and one-half (1 1/2) times the claimant’s weekly benefit amount.
