§ 67-9202 — DECLARATION OF POLICY
The Idaho legislature, recognizing that an offered low price is not always indicative of the greatest value, declares it to be the policy of the state:
(1)To engage in open, competitive acquisitions of property; and
(2)To maximize the value received by the state with attendant benefits to the citizens.
