§ 67-914 — RECORDS INFREQUENTLY USED HAVING OFFICIAL VALUE — REMOVAL

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 9 SECRETARY OF STATE
The secretary of state may remove from the office of the secretary of state to any suitable place of storage any records filed with the secretary of state having an official value but used infrequently.
