§ 67-8913 — COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES AND SUBDIVISIONS

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 89 IDAHO ENERGY RESOURCES AUTHORITY ACT
The authority may enter into agreements with any other state body or agency, any other political subdivision of the state and any other public agency, as defined in section 67-2327, Idaho Code, for the joint exercise of powers and the authority and all other public agencies may join or cooperate with each other, either jointly or otherwise, in the exercise of any of their powers for the purpose of planning, undertaking, owning, constructing, or contracting with respect to, a facility.
