Text
All property of the authority is exempt from levy and sale by virtue of an execution. No execution or other judicial process may issue against the property of the authority, and a judgment against the authority may not be a charge or lien upon its property; provided however, this section shall not apply to nor limit the rights of a holder of bonds or a trustee on behalf of the holder to pursue a remedy for the enforcement of a pledge, lien or covenant given by the authority or a municipality.
