§ 67-815 — FACILITIES TO BE FURNISHED BY DIRECTOR OF THE BUDGET

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 8 EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS — GOVERNOR AND LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR

The director of the budget shall, upon request by every governor-elect, furnish the following services and facilities to the governor-elect from moneys set aside in the governor-elect transitional fund:

(1)Suitable office space, furniture, fixtures and equipment;
(2)Payment of salaries and expenses of staff personnel designated by the governor-elect;
(3)Payment of travel expenses for the governor-elect and his staff personnel;
(4)Payment of incidental office expenses, including postage, communications and supplies.
