§ 67-808 — GOVERNOR AUTHORIZING HOUSING ACCOMMODATION CONSTRUCTION

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 8 EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS — GOVERNOR AND LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR
The governor of Idaho is hereby authorized, with the approval of the board of examiners and for and on behalf of the state of Idaho, to contract with competent parties for the construction of housing accommodations on state-owned real property used in the operation of any state institution (for use by state officers and employees working at such institution) and to similarly contract for the acquisition of real property, with or without a contractual provision for the construction of similar housing accommodations thereon, near to, and for use in connection with the operation of, any such institution. Contracts for such accommodations on such state-owned land may provide that said accommodations shall not become a part of the realty, except as hereinafter provided, that the state of Idaho
