Text

All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public and all persons shall be permitted to attend any meeting except as otherwise provided by law; provided, however, that the commission may meet in executive session to:

(1)Evaluate the confidential proprietary information provided as part of a major procurement proposal of a vendor, retailer or contractor; or
(2)Hear security and investigative information and recommendations brought before it by the director and director of security. No executive session shall be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision.
