§ 67-7429 — PROHIBITION ON USE OF STATE FUNDS

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 74 IDAHO STATE LOTTERY
It is the intent of this chapter that the state lottery, established by this chapter, shall be a self-supporting, revenue raising agency of state government. No appropriations, loans, or other transfer of state funds shall be made to the state lottery, except for the temporary line of credit for initial start-up costs of the lottery, as provided in this chapter.
