Text

A majority of the qualified membership of the commission is a quorum. The commission may not act unless at least three (3) members concur. The commission shall not meet less than four (4) times per year. Written notice of the time and place of each commission meeting shall be given to each member of the commission. The secretary of the commission shall promptly send the governor a certified copy of the minutes of each meeting of the commission. The minutes shall include a copy of each rule of the lottery that is adopted. Members of the commission shall receive compensation as provided in section 59-509 (h), Idaho Code. Members are entitled to reimbursement for reasonable travel expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as a member, as provided by law.
