Text

The provisions of this chapter, and any rule promulgated by the board pursuant to this chapter, shall be enforced by the law enforcement personnel of the Idaho state police, the department of fish and game, employees of the department of parks and recreation authorized by the director of the Idaho state police, the sheriffs and their deputies of the various counties in the state, and peace officers of each city.
