§ 67-6609 — STATEMENT AS TO NO CONTRIBUTION OR EXPENDITURE
Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 66 ELECTION CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS AND EXPENDITURES
If no contribution is received or expenditure made by or on behalf of a candidate or political committee during a period described in section 67-6607, Idaho Code, the political treasurer for the candidate or political committee shall file with the secretary of state, at the time required by such section of this act for the period, a statement to that effect.
