§ 67-6224 — CONSTRUCTION OF ACT
Nothing in this act or any other law shall be construed as authorizing the association to levy or collect taxes or assessments, to create any indebtedness payable out of taxes or assessments, or in any manner to pledge the credit of the city, the county, the state or any subdivision thereof and the notes, bonds or other obligations of the association shall not be, constitute or become an indebtedness, debt or liability of the state of Idaho, the legislature thereof, or of any county, city, town, township, board of education or school district, or other subdivision of the state, or of any other political subdivision or body corporate and politic of or municipality within the state and neither the state of Idaho, the legislature thereof, or any county, city, town, township, board of educatio
