§ 67-5771 — GROUP INSURANCE ACCOUNT CREATED — ADMINISTRATION — PERPETUAL APPROPRIATION

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 57 DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION
There is hereby established in the agency asset fund in the state treasury a special account, the "Group Insurance Account," which shall be administered exclusively for the purposes of this act. This account shall consist of all contributions collected pursuant to this act, and all interest earned upon any moneys in the account.
