§ 67-5702 — DIVISIONS — APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATORS
The department of administration shall be composed of such divisions as are established or assigned by law, and of such other units as may be administratively established. The director of the department of administration shall appoint an administrator for each division, subject to the approval of the governor.
