§ 67-5412 — ADMINISTRATOR TO PREPARE A STATE PLAN FOR VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION OF THE BLIND
Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 54 COMMISSION FOR THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED
The administrator of the commission shall prepare a state plan for vocational rehabilitation of the blind and after approved by the commission shall submit the same to the United States department of education pursuant to the requirements of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, P.L. 99-506, 99th Congress, for approval.
