The commission is hereby designated as the sole licensing agency under the provisions of the Randolph-Sheppard vending stand act (P.L. 732, 74th Congress, 49 stat. 1559, as amended by section 4 of P.L. 565, 83rd Congress, 68 stat. 663; 20 U.S.C. 107, Chapter 6A).
