Text

Notwithstanding any other provision, wherever federal merit system standards are applicable to any department covered by this act, financed in whole or in part by federal funds, rules shall be established or modified by the administrator pursuant to chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code, to the extent necessary to apply such standards to personnel administration in such grant-in-aid programs, and to the positions and employees therein.
