Text
The council shall meet at least once every three (3) months and at such other times as called by the chairman of the council or director of the department. The chairman or director may call special meetings of the council at any time or place. Each member of the council shall be compensated as provided by section 59-509 (h), Idaho Code. Each member shall be entitled to one (1) vote and a majority of the members of the council shall constitute a quorum.
