§ 67-4712 — IDAHO TRAVEL AND CONVENTION INDUSTRY COUNCIL — CREATED — APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 47 DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
There is hereby created an advisory council to advise, as provided by this act, the department on matters related to the travel and convention industry. The council shall consist of eight (8) persons who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the governor. The term of office of members of the council shall be three (3) years commencing on January 1. An incumbent member whose term is scheduled to expire on July 1, 2012, shall serve until January 1, 2013.
