Text

The Oryctodromeus is hereby designated and declared to be the state dinosaur of the state of Idaho. Nothing in this section shall be construed to give the state authority to use its power of eminent domain to acquire an Oryctodromeus fossil or the land on which an Oryctodromeus fossil is found.
