Text
Every year, starting in 2014, the week prior to the Memorial Day weekend shall hereby be designated as "Idaho Noxious and Invasive Weed Awareness Week." This week shall serve as a week to educate Idaho’s citizens about the serious impacts of noxious and invasive plants and their direct impacts to Idaho’s economy, waters, lands and agriculture. Those entities already tasked with promoting noxious and invasive weed control and education and outreach are encouraged to lead the charge in celebrating "Idaho Noxious and Invasive Weed Awareness Week" and educating Idaho’s citizens to help stop the spread of noxious and invasive weeds.
