Text

The council shall meet as often as may be necessary for the proper performance of its duties; provided, however, that it shall meet at least two (2) times each year. Such meetings may be held at various places within the state of Idaho. Eight (8) members shall constitute a quorum and a majority thereof shall have authority to act on any matters within the jurisdiction of the council. All members of the legislature shall be notified in advance of the time, place and general purpose of all meetings and any member of the legislature shall have the right to attend any of the meetings of the council and to present his views on any subject which may be under consideration.
