Text

From and after the effective date of this act, control, management and administration of the Idaho Veterans Memorial Park shall be vested in the Idaho park and recreation board. The Idaho Veterans Memorial Park shall be maintained as a state park for the use of all the people, and no part, parcel or interest therein shall be alienated without the consent of the legislature; provided, however, that the Idaho park and recreation board may sell, transfer or convey a right of way, easement or parcel of land on the northwest boundary of said property for use as a public highway.
