§ 67-4204 — HEYBURN PARK — GRANTING OF CONCESSIONS

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 42 STATE PARKS
The park and recreation board of the department of parks and recreation is authorized to make concessions to proper and desirable parties for the establishment of not to exceed three (3) places of refreshment and entertainment within the said park; also to make concessions to parties who will provide suitable boating facilities upon the waters within said park under such restrictions as to use and compensation for use as said board may determine: provided, that no private parties shall be permitted to construct wharves within said park. The board shall also have full authority to determine the conditions upon which leases, concessions and privileges shall be granted, subject always to the condition that the park shall be free to public use and the enjoyment of all the people without discri
