The name of the park created out of Coeur d’Alene Indian reservation by the act of congress of April 30, 1908 (35 Statutes at Large, 78), shall be Heyburn Park, said park being described as follows, to wit: Sections one (1), two (2) and twelve (12), township forty-six (46) north of range four (4) west, Boise meridian; sections thirty-five (35) and thirty-six (36), township forty-seven (47) north of range four (4) west, Boise meridian; all of those portions of sections two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), six (6), seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), ten (10) and eleven (11), township forty-six (46) north of range three (3) west, Boise meridian, lying south and west of the Saint Joe river in said township; all of those portions of sections thirty-one (31) and thirty-two (32), township forty-s
