§ 67-3905 — PLAN OF READJUSTMENT AUTHORIZED

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 39 FINANCIAL RELIEF OF TAXING DISTRICTS UNDER FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY STATUTE
Any taxing district is hereby authorized and empowered to take any and all action necessary to carry out any plan of readjustment contemplated in said petition, or as the same may be modified from time to time, subject only to the provisions of the constitution of the state of Idaho, notwithstanding any other provisions of law.
