§ 67-3611 — EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FROM SALE OF SERVICES, RENTALS OR SALE OF PRODUCTS BY STATE INSTITUTIONS

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 36 STANDARD APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 1945
All state institutions, educational, charitable, penal and otherwise, shall be allowed to expend the funds arising from the sale of services, rentals of personal property, stock, farm or garden produce, or other goods, or articles produced within or by the institution, for the maintenance, use and support of said institution, without reducing the amount of the appropriations made to such institutions; all such sums received shall be deposited with the state treasurer and it is hereby made the duty of the state controller and the state treasurer to enter deposits so received in the general fund of the state, and the state controller shall add the deposits so received to the appropriations made to such institutions severally; and the sums of money so received are hereby appropriated from the
