§ 67-3602 — PAYMENT OF SALARIES AND WAGES

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 36 STANDARD APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 1945
No portion of any appropriation made for expenses other than salaries and wages shall be expended in payment of salaries and wages; but with the consent of the state board of examiners, any portion of any appropriation made for the payment of salaries and wages may be expended for other expenses of the particular office or institution for which it is appropriated.
