§ 67-3501A — CHAPTER PROVISIONS — ADMINISTRATION
The provisions of this chapter shall be administered in accordance with article II, section 1, of the constitution of the state of Idaho, which divides the powers of the government of this state into three (3) distinct departments, the legislative, the executive, and the judicial.
