§ 67-2915 — STATISTICAL REPORT OF MALICIOUS HARASSMENT CRIMES

The director of the Idaho state police shall annually submit to the governor and the chairman of the judiciary and rules committee in the senate and the chairman of the judiciary, rules and administration committee in the house of representatives a report on malicious harassment crimes, as that crime is defined in section 18-7902, Idaho Code. Report content shall be limited to statistical data and shall be presented in conformance with the provisions of section 74-124, Idaho Code. All city, county and state law enforcement units shall be required to report to the director all incidences of, complaints on, and arrests for malicious harassment crimes within their respective jurisdictions.
