§ 67-2905 — JURISDICTION

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 29 IDAHO STATE POLICE
The jurisdiction of the director of the Idaho state police and his deputies, both regular and special, and all peace officers or other persons called into the police service of the state by him or his deputies shall be coextensive with the territory of the state of Idaho and not limited by the lines of any political or municipal subdivisions.
