§ 67-2902 — DIRECTOR AND DEPUTIES — POWERS OF POLICE OFFICERS

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 29 IDAHO STATE POLICE
The director of the Idaho state police and persons deputized by him as state policemen are peace officers authorized to exercise within any county the same powers as the sheriff thereof.
