§ 67-2720 — DUTY OF ATTORNEY GENERAL TO AID DEPARTMENT

Idaho·Title 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS·Ch. 27 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

The attorney general shall when called upon by the department of finance, aid it in any investigation or matter; giving legal advice, and shall supervise the prosecution of all offenders under the provisions of this chapter.
