Text

"Volunteer" defined. For the purposes of this act, "volunteer" means any person who contributes his services in a program or service conducted or sponsored by any agency, department or unit of state government for which he receives no financial remuneration, except for reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred in the course of his participation in the program.
