§ 67-2021 — ROTARY EXPENSE ACCOUNT — HOW DRAWN UPON

The money advanced shall remain in the state treasury for the use of the officer making the requisition. The account may be drawn upon by a sight draft signed by the officer and attached to an itemized voucher for the expenditure, both in such form as the state controller shall prescribe.
