Text

The commission shall charge and collect reasonable fees for copies of papers and records as established by rule or general order of the commission. No fees shall be charged or collected for copies of papers, records or official documents, furnished to the public officers for use in their official capacity, or for the annual reports of the commission in the ordinary course of distribution, but the commission may fix reasonable charges for publications issued under its authority. All fees charged or collected under this section shall be paid at least once each week, accompanied by a detailed statement thereof, into the treasury of the state of Idaho to the public utilities commission account.
