§ 59-914 — ASSUMPTION OF OFFICE — TENURE IN OFFICE

Idaho·Title 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL·Ch. 9 RESIGNATIONS AND VACANCIES
Any of the said officers that may be elected to fill vacancies may qualify and enter upon the discharge of the duties of their offices immediately thereafter; and, they may hold the same during the unexpired term for which they were elected. Any of the said officers that may be appointed to fill vacancies may qualify and enter upon the discharge of the duties of their offices subject to the provisions of section 59-904, Idaho Code, for the term designated in the order of appointment.
