§ 59-1115 — EMPLOYER’S PORTION OF SOCIAL SECURITY TAX FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT PERSONNEL

Idaho·Title 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL·Ch. 11 SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS
The board of trustees of each class of school district, shall pay the employer’s social security tax for its personnel, as required by federal law. The department of education shall transmit to the school districts from the appropriation made for that purpose the amount determined in section 33-1004F, Idaho Code.
